This is a great release from Tomy Wahl and DLA Records. It really showcases the experimental nature of the techno genre and Tomy's ability to create strong driving tracks.

I'm a sucker for anything that combines electronic music with Scripture, so this track is ideal for me.

This 4-track release is the fourth release on the fairly new Giantslayers label.

Up and coming techno label Giantslayers brings us Matthew Hyatt's latest work of art, "Appearances". With energetic beats and rolling bass lines, the vibe of this piece is everything. If you dig the late '90's tech house sound (before the painfully over-used "fart" synth came in to popularity), then do not miss this release.

Giantslayers is a new techno label on the scene and Struggle is their first release. Based in Grand Rapids, MI, Isaiah a.k.a. Matt Hyatt has been writing techno and tech house choons for some time now.

The first of these three new cuts from Cave, properly named "Arctic", opens just like a typical Cave track. What I mean by that is that once again he's used his signature tribal drum style. As the track develops it turns into an odd sounding mix of dark melody and hard techno.

Hx shows us a Sheltershed unlike one we have seen before. This new Sheltershed is one of change. You cannot listen to the first track and then the rest of the CD and feel that it is the same band. Maybe I am overestimating HeldbyWill’s influence on Submersible, but given the departure of Wil Foster, a change sonically is likely to happen. I am looking forward to the next release to see what that change will be exactly.
