With all the essentials of a great track—bass, steady beat, and melodic riffs—this track has it all.... So, all in all, this track is one to add to the list, especially as an opener to a set.

These tracks are definitely tracklist-worthy, but they lack elements that would put them at the top of DJs' lists in the minimal genre.

I loved this release from the get go. Electro-house is a genre that I've needed time to grow into and this is an example of truly quality stuff.

Upon first listen, "The Deep" pulls you in subtly. Its very full and thick kickdrum sets the pace for what's to come. Slowly, the sonic brilliance of the filtered main synth begins to introduce itself to you.

Intec presents an excellent new EP from Sébastien Léger, entitled "Electric". The first of the two songs "Lunar" opens with a seemingly meek drum kit. By the time the first synth came in (a sharp bass line), I predicted a mediocre song was developing. The early moments sounded like they weren't quite ready to be a song yet. Instead, they unwrapped into a rapidly improving tune.

It is progressive, it is techie, and it is tribal. I just like it. I do wish that the remix had been a bit more aggressive in nature and had moved further away from the original mix than it did, but it is a nice subtle remix. Sometimes the best remixes vary the most from the original and sometimes they do not. Regardless, the remix is just as good as the original.
