Dunamis is no stranger to this age of technology. In fact, this artist has been immersed in just about every aspect of electronics, music, computers and their various forms for much of his life. After growing up on guitar and bass, he soon grew into the realms of sound man, lighting, video-editing, etc. until he eventually began DJing in 2001. His passion for EDM quickly evolved into a talent for producing which has resulted in his first EP, 'Revelations' (Deep Life Records, 2006). Daniel has a technical education to back his love of electronic music. He is also proficient in computer technology, and electronics. Dunamis mostly produces drum 'n bass, but also loves trance and breaks and hopes to release material for fans of that genre too! 'Dunamis' is the Greek word for power, and he chose that name because of the impact that he believes this kind of music can have in delivering the Word of God.

Dunamis started out Djing for youth and college events and a local coffee house. Also had gigs with local weddings and parties adding to the different genres he spins. Eventually Dunamis started putting mixes up for download on the internet. Which eventually led to him joining Cast The Fire ran by Chris Salisbury and the DGK Radio show that aired live drum n bass shows couple times a month. After the close of Cast of Fire and death of its owner, the DGK group went dormant. In late 2009, DGK returns and airs on Godsdjs Radio and eventually became the Sawadee Sound System in its new home where it continues to bring the best in drum n bass. Dunamis has also been featured on Homegrown hosted by J. Puddy and Essence of Diversity on Godsdjs Radio.
