This sounds like fun to me. I have a group of friends who write (stories, poetry, etc) and what they do is they get together each week to read their stories and give feedback on what's good and how to improve a work they did. I could see this working with electronica music.

Hey everyone! We live in Vancouver WA. We've really had it on our hearts to start planning for an event in October at our church ( www.river-rock.org) They just recently opened a coffee bar and have an AWESOME venue for a show. It's been quite some time since we have planned an event (at least 5 years) so I feel like I'm just kinda getting back in to the game. We'd like to find local dj's if at all possible. Any leads or feedback would be appreciated.

can we change the group name to electronic music rather than electronica? I like electronica but I'm thinking that since there aren't many nw people anyway, we shouldn't exclude people just because they don't like electronica. Just a thought to try and get more group members.
