After much debate and speculation, I am proud to announce the 20TEN Afterhours stage lineup for Cornestone. We’ve got some regular Djs, some DJs who are new to the festival and a few returning ones as well. So, here’s the lineup, night by night.

Alex BOver the past 8 years, AlexB has risen up through the ranks of the Southeastern scene to become one of the foremost Progressive music names in the region. Having started his journey as a DJ during the Hard House/NuNRG boom of the early 2000's, Alex developed a name as a DJ who played aggressive music with tons of energy and a larger than life stage presence. Using this experience gained through playing shows across the south, Alex began to move into a world of Progressive music inspired by the likes of Nick Warren, Sasha and John Digweed. Under the influence of CDs like Global Underground, Therapy Sessions and NuBreed, Alex started rocking dancefloors from Alabama to Illinois with his signature dark, dirty progressive sound. Fast forward to 2010. Alex is back in the studio working on original tracks and honing his craft on the turntables once again. AlexB is back, and this time, it's for good.
SheltershedSheltershed could never be listed under any one genre, and time has proven that to be no hurdle. Some DJ's have dubbed the bands style as “Electro Core”, an intense mixture of heavy industrial sounds and irresistible hooks and grooves. Surpassing their ten year anniversary as one of the Midwest's most rockin' electronica outfits, the Sheltershed tank is moving forward at full speed. The trio of Craig White, Shane Yoho, and Rob Tippey, continues to produce electronic music that blurs the lines between Trance and Drum and Bass, Breaks and Hardstyle, PsyTrance and Industrial, and any other musical discipline that strikes a chord with the mind and spirit. Sheltershed's fans, affectionately known as “Shed heads”, have shown that music that ignites emotion will always be the most sought after and appreciated.
FitzpatrickCombining the sounds of House, Progressive, Techno, Electro and Psychedellic, Fitzpatrick began to develop his signature sound. Taking the best of each genre, Fitzpatrick’s sound has become an international export, featured on radio shows from Australia to Miami. You will find his releases on Four Peas Recordings, Melodic Records, Pastduex Records, MK837 and others.
DJ MarcuisGetting his start as a college DJ at The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, Marcuis Wade (a.k.a. DJ Marcuis) has been a pure connoisseur of great music. With a college friend, DJ Marcuis began performing at local college parties in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.
Devoting himself to finding radical Christian music, DJ Marcuis focuses on bringing a blend of gospel house, urban gospel, gospel reggae and holy hip hop. In 2007, DJ Marcuis created Cross Culture radio, a 1 hour radio program that featured the latest in urban gospel music seamless mixed on several stations on the east coast. Currently, DJ Marcuis continues to promote and expand Cross Culture Radio and minister across the east coast.
Dave RichardsDave Richards has been producing a mixture of tribal, tech and progressive music for about ten years now. He has had releases on Next Dimension Music, PWM Records, Deeplife Records and more. Dave has worked with many producers over the years including Van Lazarux, Dima, Sheltershed, Aesias Finale and more. His work is respected by Shiloh, Greg ‘Stryke’ Chin, Tim Richards, Joel Armstrong and many others. He is also host of Tastyfresh.com’s FreshBeats podcast and the label manager for MK837.
Greg “Stryke” ChinBorn and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, Stryke began his music career at an early age. He started playing classical piano at the age of four. Moving to Miami, Florida (where he still resides) when he was ten, Stryke became heavily involved in early electronic alternative scene. His love for Beethoven and Chopin were quickly joined by his new love for groups such as Depeche Mode and New Order (not to mention an unhealthy addiction to video games, which he still has to this very day). Buying his first synthesizer at age 12, Stryke quickly learned the ways of synthesis and began writing electronic music with his trusty monophonic Roland SH-101 synth. He soon discovered house and techno from a mix tape given to him by his cousin, a DJ in New York. He was hooked. At age 14, the young Stryke had already begun DJing to make money to buy more synth equipment. But after discovering this new underground dance music, he became as passionate about DJing as he was about making music.
DJ Kid KardiaDJ Kid Kardia began mixing music in the 90’s on two belt drive turntables in his parent’s basement. He quickly fell in love with house and break beat music drawing inspiration from the likes of DJ Fuzz, DJ Feelgood, Bass Bin Twins and DJ Dan. He became a regular at a weekly east coast club and moved into the underground rave scene playing from Baltimore to Charlotte. He has played alongside The Crystal Method and DJ Fuzz. After taking a hiatus from DJing while living in Brooklyn, NY God has renewed his love for dance music. He now resides in Denver, Colorado.
Aesias FinaleBrother Brooks and Kevin Oneel reunite once again for a massive electro and breaks set that will leave you wanting more. They have produced a mixture of downtempo, breakbeat, progressive house, electro and even produced tracks for nerdcore sensations MC Lars, YTCracker and more. They’ve packed the house out for the past two years, ending the Afterhours experience on a high and they’re back to do it all again.
So, that’s our line-up. I hope you are as excited about it as I am. The shows start at 10 pm each night and we will go until 1:30 or 2:00 am.
We’ll be in a new location as well, so stay tuned for more information on that. I’m looking forward to spending another great week with my friends and family here at Tastyfresh.com. If you’ve ever wanted to meet anyone from the boards, Cornerstone is the way to do it. See you there!
